In the Business Honors Program, I consulted Uperk Coffee, a local Nonprofit organization, to refresh its brand identity and online communications. 

Throughout Phase 1 of my project, I built a new website for UPerk featuring photos and logos I created. Additionally, I made new menus to match its brand makeover.
During phase 2 of my project, I implemented UPerk's new branding on Instagram while my team simultaneously collected analytics for our posts' performance.

    In this second phase, I served as a client liaison for a 6-person team. As the lead consultant, I aimed to encourage open communication, understand client needs, Set    team objectives, and ensure client satisfaction.
